We aim to process and ship all orders within 5–6 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• Domestic Shipping (USA): FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

• International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. HALENCREEK is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information or courier issues once a package is in transit.

Pre-Orders

Some of our most exclusive pieces may be offered as pre-orders. These items are made-to-order and may take 3–4 weeks to be produced and shipped. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the extended fulfillment timeline.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at halencreek@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.
