Orders are processed and ship out within 2–3 business days. This is our processing and ship-out time, not a delivery estimate — actual delivery depends on the shipping method and your location.
Standard shipping is $8.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good in what you order. If something's not right, we'll make it easy to fix.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose:
- An exchange for another available size
- Store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, HALENCREEK will cover the return shipping cost.
If you're exchanging for a different size within the US and your return is approved, we'll cover the cost of shipping your replacement back to you.
Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong:
Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Photos help us take care of it faster.
Refund timing:
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
